Mental Diseases (Zehni Amraz )

Mental diseases such as anxiety and depression often take place in people life and they even do not know about this. Out of every four people, one person is ill from mental disease. As per world health, organization until year 2030 depression will become the biggest disease that can affect human. Depression is a disease such as others and it is curable, but beside this, people do not know much about depression and they also avoid talking about depression. The world day of mental diseases is celebrated 10 of October every year.

If you want a healthy life then you has to think positive, think about good things, always tray to be happy and think broad. If you follow these things then you can possibly take rid of depression. If you have mental stress then you will negative affects in your life and in your health. Usually mental stress affects your heart and it can cause heart attack. The people who are affected from mental stress can easily promoted towards drags.

 

Zehni Amraz (Mental disease)

Zehni amraz jese anxiety aur depression aksar insane ko bekhabri mein alete hain, agarcha ye ahista ahista janam lene wale amraz hain. Har char mein se aik fard in ka shikar hai aur tawil arse tak jismani masail ka shikar logon ko umar ke kisi na kisi hisse mein Zehni amraz bhi lahaq ho jate hain. Almi idara baraye dimagi sehat (world health organization) ke mutabiq 2030 tak depression jo Zehni amraz hai, duniya bhar mein insanon ko mutasir karne wala sab se bara marz ban jaye ga. Depression dosre amrz ki tarah aik marz hai, is ka ilaj maujood hai aur is se mutasir hone wala fard mukamal tor par sehatyab ho sakta hai. Lekin haqiqat kafi ghambeer hai. Is ke bawajood ye bimari aam hai. Duniya bhar mein ab bhi ye esa muzo hao jis ke bare mein log bohat kam jante hain balke is ke bare mein baat karne se bhi karate hain. Mahireen e sehat ke baqol jab tak Zehni amraz ke sath nathi samaji demag ko marz se elehdah nahi kya jata aur ese dosri bimariyon ki tarah aik bimari nahi samjha jata, sorat e hal jun ki tun rahe gi.

Mutawazin Ghiza Khaein (Balance Diet):

Ghiza ka khas kheyal insane ko zehani dabao aur tanao se mehfoz rakhta hai. Mutawazin ghiza mein wo tamam ijza paye jate hain jo insane nashunuma ke leye zarori hain. Mutawazin ghiza ke ijza mein lehmiyat, namkiyat, nashasta, hayateen aur chiknai shamil hain, in ki adam mujodgi mein ghiza mutawazin nahi kehlaye gi.

Warzish Karein (Exercise):

Warzish insane mode par foran asar andaz hoti hai. Kuwa warzish Jim mein ho, chehal qadmi ya phir cycling. Ye mode aur sehat par khush gawar asar dalti hai. Exercise samaji mel milap ka dil chasp zarya bhi hai.

Rona (Crying):

Dost Ehbab Se Rabta Rakhein (Connected With Friends)
