Massage Ka Tarika

Massage karne ke liye apne hathon ke nakhun hargiz istemaal na karen. Massage ke liye plastic ka brush ya isi qisam ki dosri cheez bhi istemal na karen. Pore hathon se massage na karen. Agar log apni khoprhi par is tarha se massage karte hain jaise car chamka rahe hon to yeh tarika ghalat hai. Is tarha ap ke baal toot sakte hai aur ulajh sakte hain. Agar ap ke sir mein kisi qisam ki kharish ya jalan ya waram ho to, aesi soorat mein massage se ijtenaab karen. Massage karne ke liye khoprhi pat oil laga kar is tarha massage karen ke is ka koi hissa baqi na rahe aur yaksan taur par sab jagah massage ho jae. Ungliyon ke poron ko khoprhi par rakhe . hathon ko mehraab ki shakal mein rakhe aur sirf ungliyon se khoprhi par dabao dalen. Lekin nakhun hargiz istemaal na karen. Zarb Ka Istemaal (Malish Karna)

Zarb lagane se murad ye hai ke malish karne wale afraad apne dono hath aapas mein mila kar pehle sir par halki halki zarben lagaen. Is tareeqe se sar mein khoon ki gardish behtar ho jati hai. Jis se zehni sukoon milna shuru ho jata hai.

Ragarh Paida Karna

Ab sar par hath se malish karen, is amal se khinchao paida hota hai aur zehni sukoon muyassar hota hai. Itna he nahi khoon ka dauraniya bhi mazeed tez hone lagta hai.

Needing Karna

Is amal mein balon mein ungliyon ko halke hath se pheren, jaise cheez ko tatola (needing) jata hai.

Zaitoon Ka Oil

Malish yani massage ke liye qadeem zamane se zaitoon ka oil mufeed samjha jata hai. Agar zaitoon ka oil dasteyab na ho to sarson, nariyal aur roghan badam ke oil se sar ka massage karen. Yeh amal haftey mein ek baar zaroor dohraen. Sir ka massage karte waqt ziyada taqat ka muzahera na karen. Yani sir par ziyada dabao na dalen. Kyun ke is amal se sir mein dard ka aehsaas hone lagta hai.

NOTE: Dil aur blood pressure ke mareez sir ka massage karne se gurez karen ya phir halke hath se malish karwaen. Mahireen ka kehna hai ke sar ya pore jism ka massage karne se khoon ki raftar tez ho jati hai, jo high blood pressure ke mareezon ke liye khatarnaak ho sakti hai. Massage karne se aap ko zehni taur par sukoon aur itmenan hasil hota hai aur aap khud ko halka phulka mehsoos karte hain...
