In pregnancy, there will be some minor or major changes in pregnant woman. Khawateen Ki Sehat (Hamla Aurat Ki Sehat)

Maa banne wali har khatoon mudat e hal ke khatam hone par hasnte khelte sehatmand bache ki tamana rakhti hai. Sehatmand Aurat maa aur sehatmand (healthy) bache ki khuwahish usi waqat pori ho sakti hai ke maa ko hamal (pregnancy) ke doran achi ghiza mile. Maa ko mile wali umdah bharpur ghiza par hi janam lene wale bache ki sehat (health) ka inhesar hota hai. Bache ko ye ghiza anole ke zarye milti hai. Hamal (pregnancy) qarar pane ke bad maa ki ghizai ajza ki zarorat barh jati hai. Ye izafa ya talb darasal parwan charhte bahe ki zarorat hoti hai, jis ka andaza darjzel chart se lagaya ja sakta hai.

Doran e Hamal (pregnancy) Wazan Mein Munasib Izafa:

Hamal (pregnancy) ke doran hamla (pregnant) ke wazan mein 10 se 12.5 kg izafa munasib aur durust qarar deya jata hai. Wazan ki tafseel darjzeel chart mein de gai hai:

Har hamla (pregnant) khatoon mein wazan ki taqsem mukhtalif ho sakti hai. Jin khawateen ka wazan hamal (pregnancy) se phele mamol se ziyadah ho, un ke wazan mein 9 se 10 kg ka izafa kafi hota hai. Wazan mein izafe se ziyadah izafe ki rafter aham hoti hai. Hamal (pregnancy) ke ibtedai teen mahinon mein zaid wazan darasal jism mein charbi ki miqdar barhne ka natija hota hai. Subah Ki Matli (Morning Vomiting) :

Ye takif amm tor par hamal (pregnancy) ke ibtedai dor mein hoti hai jis ki wajah ghaleban jism mein hormoni tabdiliyan hoti hain.is leye sote waqat bistar ke qareb namken karare biscuit ya pape (rusk) rakh leye jaein aur subah bistar chorne se phele aik do biscuit ka pape (rusk) kha leye jaein, matli mein ifaqa ho ga, phir dhere dhere roz ke mamolat saranjam deye jaein aur thori thori ghiza ke istemal ko mamol bana leya jaye. Ye ghiza protein aur nashaste (carbohydrates) par mushtamil honi chaheye, maslan namkin bhone chane aur murmure, ziyadah chiknai wali ghizaein nahi khani chaheye. Khana teen waqat khaya jaye aur darmiyan mein halki pholki cheizein bhi khai ja sakti hain.

Waram (Soiling):

Hamal (pregnancy) ke doran takhne aur peer soj jate hain. Is ki pheli aur musar tadbir ye hai ke namak ka istemal kam se kam kar deya jaye. Bohat namkin ghizaein na khai jaein. Peshab aawar dawaon ka istemal lazmi nahi hota, in se jenin (bache) ko nuqsan pohanch sakta hai, kyun ke hamal (pregnancy) mein namak(salt) ki zarirat bhi hoti hai.

Ziyabites (Diabetes):

Hamal (pregnancy) ke doran baz maaein ziyabites (diabetes) mein mubtala ho sakti hain. Ye silsilsa waza e hamal (pregnancy) yani zachgi tak rehta hai. Ye marz bhi harmoni tabdiliyon ki wajah se hota hai. Is silsile mein bhi ghizai tabdili zarori aur munasib hoti hai. Behtar hai ke mualij se is silsile mein mashwarah kar ke is par amal kiya jaye.

Qabz (Conatipation):

Hamal (pregnancy) ke akhiri marahil mein ye shikayat bil amom ho jati hai, kyun ke bache ki wajah se aanton par bojh barh jata hai, is ke leye pani ziyadah piya jaye, tazah sabziyan, phaliyan,tazah phal maslan chiko, kele, amrod, seab, aam, nashpati, bahi, papita, kino, malte wagherah khaye jaein, ta ke ghiza mein reshe ki miqdar bhi barhe aur nafees aur zarori ghizai ajza bhi khob milein. Pedal chalne ki warzish baqaidgi se ki jaye, is se bhi qabz (constipation) nahi ho ga.

Khoon ki kami:

Pakistan jese mulkon mein khawateen mein khoon ki kami yun bhi aam hoti hai. Hamal (pregnancy) ke doran jism kein folad ke jazb hone ki sharah mein 30 fisad izafa ho jata hai. Ghiza se folad kam milne ki surat mein khawateen khoon ki kami ka shikar ho jati hain. Is ke leye ziyadah munasib ye hai ke ghizai tadabir se folad ki kami pori ki jaye maslan kaleji, gosht (rokha) ke elawa gehre sabz rang ki tarkariyan (palak, methi wagherah) bechane aate ki roti aur dalya ziyadah khana chaheye aur chai ziyadah na pi jaye. Ziyadah vitamin C (hayateen jem) wali ghizaein khane se jism mein folad ziyadah jazb hota hai. Mualij bhi folad ka sharbat ya goliyantajwiz kar sakti hai. Hamla (pregnant) ko rozana 20 se 30 mg folad milna chaheye.

Mukhtalif ashya ki bhook:

Khane ki aam ashya ke elawa dosri cheizon ki talb bhi hamal (pregnancy) mein barh jati hai. Ye ashya muzir na hon to kam miqdar mein khai ja sakti hain, lekin tabyat multani miti o koile wagherah khane ki taraf mail ho to mualij se mashwarah karein. Ye kefiyat ziyadah tar naqis ghiza ke istemal ka natija hoti hai.

Sene ki jalan:

Hamal (pregnancy) ke akhiri marahi mein jalan ki ye taklif barhte howe bache ki wajah se hoti hai. Bache ki wajah se mede par bojh parne lagta hai, lehaza khana kam miqdar meinmunasib waqfon se khan achaheye, khan adhere dhere itminan se khob chaba kar khana chaheye.

Degar Masail:

Hamla (pregnant) ko coffee ke ziyadah istemal se bachna chaheye, din mein do teen piyali se ziyadah coffee nahi pini chaheye, isi tarah ziyadah chai bhi na pi jaye. Kola sharbat ka istemal bhi kam se kam karein, din bhar mein teen glass se ziyzdah unka istemal thek nahi.

Mualij ke mashware ke bagheir dard dor karne wali dawaein bhi na khai jaein. Khas tor par cafin ka istemal ehtiyat se kiya jaye. Kola mashrobat ke elawa cafin ki miqdar coffee mein bhi ziyadah hoti hai. Hamal (pregnancy) ke doran hamla (pregnant) ko rozana kam iz kam 10 glass pani pine ki koshish karni chaheye.

Sabzi khor khawateen ko apni ghiza mein dodh aur is se bani ashya aur ande wagherah ziyadah istemal karne chaheye. Hamal (pregnancy) ke doran beshumar sasti ashya se ghizai zaroriyat poro ki ja sakti hain. Mosami sabziyan aur mosami phal, dalein (samandar, darya aur jhilon) ki machliyan wagherah, ye cheizein hayateen aur madni namak ke elawa protein calcium wagherah bhi khob faraham karti hain. Hamla (pregnant) aur us ke ghar walon ki bhi zimedari hoti hai ke wo sehatmand (healthy)bache ki pedaish ke leye maa ki ghiza aaram aur ahtiyat ka pora khayal rakhein.
