Sugar (Diabetes) aik famous marz hai. Is mein urine bar bar ata hai. Piyas ziyada lagti hai aur urine ka moaaiyna(urine test) karwaya jaye to us mein Sugar payi jati hai. Sugar ( Diabetes ) ke ilaj ka daromadar jis qadar ghizaon par hai, dawaon par nahi. Kaisi he mufeed o mujarrib dawa istemal ki jaye lekin munasib ghizaon ka istemal na ho to un dawaon (medicine) ka istemal bekaar hai. Is soorat mein jis qadar kamyabi ke sath ghizaon se ilaj kiya ja sakta hai, medicine se mumkin nahi. Agar naujawan aadmi bhi is qisam ki ghizaey istemal kar ke apni quwwat ko barhana chahta hai to un ke liye bhi munasib hai. Lekin shart yeh hai ke hazam qawi ho aur qabz ki bhi shikayat na rehti ho.

Doodh (Milk) mein agarcha sugar paai jati hai lekin chonke wo thori miqdar mein hoti hai aur kamzor mareez ke liye yeh nihayat lateef maqwi ghiza hai aur is ki ijazat de di jati hai. 1. Dopahar 12 ya 12:30 ke dauran Tarkariyon ki yakhni. Pora gehon ke aatey ka bana hua 1 pao Rusk, cream 2 oz.

2. Ya Fresh Fruits aur 15 adad Almonds.

3. Ya kachi Salad aur bhosi ki roti. Teesre pehar 3 ya 4 baje Lemon water.

6 baje sham Tarkariyon ki kachi salad, mong phalli, tomato ya simple amulet, palak ka saag, pake hue aalo cream ke sath.

9 baje raat tarkariyon ki yakhni.

Note 1:

Agar raat ka khana sham ke 6 baje khaya jae to us soorat mein dopahar ke waqt fresh fruits ya mehaz tarkariyon ki yakhni peeni chahiye. Potato ka use jis tarha bataya gaya hai, wo bilkul bezarar hai. In mein itna nashasta nahi hai jitna alkali.

Note 2:

Lemon water banane ka tariqa yeh hai ke 6 cup water mein aik pora lemon juice mila diya jae aur us pani ko hasb e zaroorat peete rahen.

Note 3:

tarkariyon ki yakhni banane ka tariqa yeh hai ke pao kg palak ka saag, kuch chuqandar, half kg Tomato aur 3 potatoes ko peel off kar ke in mein 6 bowl pani dal kar itna boil kar len ke wo gal jaeyn. Phir daba kar tarkari ka sara pani nikal len aur is mein thora sa namak mila kar pee len. Is ke sath 2 baton ka khas taur par khayal rakha jae. Awwal yeh ke ghiza achi tarha chew kar ke khai jae, ta ke loaab e dehan ki aamezish se nashastadaar ghiza bohat jald hazam ho jae. Dosri yeh ke agar qabz ho jae to us surat mein raat ko munaqqa ke 8 ya 10 daane bhigo kar aur is mein lemon juice nichore kar chor diya jae aur subha is ka aab zalal pee liya jae. Is se 8 ya 10 roz mein qabz ki shikayat door ho jaegi aur purane se purana qabz bhi rafaa ho jaega.

Sab se pehle pao mein khusosan pao ke angothe ke joint mein dard hota hai, jo nihayat shadid hota hai. Yeh marz ziyada tar rich logon ko jo aesh o araam ki zindagi basar karte hain. Har qisam ki meethi cheez, namak, tea, qehwa, garam masale, har qisam ka gosht, potato, tomato, bringal, vinegar aur chatni se bhi parhez karna zaroori hai. Mazkora bala ghizaai ilaj ke ilawa mareez ko daily walk ki hidayat karen. Sardi lagne aur barish mein bheegne se bachaey. Sardiyon mein daily garam pani se aur garmiyon mein halke garam pani se ghusal karaey. Ghizaon ke khane peene mein hifz e sehat rules par sakhti aur pabandi ke sath amal karte rahen.
