Hamari ghiza anthon mein se ghuzarti hai jin ki makshoos harkat dori yani keray jaisi harkay (Peristalsis) kehte hain. Ghiza ko aage barhati rehti hai. Is harkat ki kamzori ya susti ko Qabz (Constipation) ki wajah qarar diya jata hai, jis ghiza mein resha kam hota hai wo aanton mein sust raftari ho jati hai. Is ka aik eham sabab aanton mein pani ki kami hota hai. Budhapey mein aanton ke azlat bhi kamzore parjate hain, zachgi (Pregnancy) ke baad bhi yehi surathaal darpesh rehti hai. Baz dawayein (Medicine) maslan dard door karne ki adwiya (medicine) ye bhi qabz ka sabab banti hai.

Qalb (heart) aur shans lane ki harkat hi ki tarah aanton ki harkat bhi hamare khudkaar asbi nizam ke control mein hoti hai lakin ham iss rok bhi sakte hain, maslan ajabat ke amal mein dair ki jasakti hai, jo yaqeenan munasib nahi hoti hai, iss liye waqt par farigh hona bahot zarori aur mufeed hota hai.

Depression yani zehni pasti aur fikar wo preshani bhi iss ka aik sabab hai. Ye aaj kal aik aam marz ki hasiyat rakhta hai. Qabz ka behtareen ilaj ghiza mein reshey ki miqdar mein azafa hai. Ziyada meqdar phalon ka ras aur phok khana chahiye, take ajabat naram rahe. Aanton ke azlat ko chust rakhne liye warzis karni chahiye. Khas tor par yoga ki pone muqat aasan bahot mufeed sabit hoti hai, issi tara ghiza ka waqt par khana bhi bahot zarori hai, take aantain apna kaam mamool ke mutabiq jari rakh sake.
