Aankhon Ki Hifazat

Khayal rahe aankhon ki bhi hifazat hoti hai. Mehaz banao singhar kabhi kafi nahi hota. Hum makeup karte hain to aakhon par be panah tawajja dete hain. Eyeliner, Mascara, Sada Surma aur Eye shades ke nat nae banao singhar karte hain. Magar hum mein se kitni khuwateen aakhon ki sehat ka khayal rakhti hain. Zara sochiye yehi to wo qudrati atya hai ke jis ki badolat hum dunya ke bakamal jalwon ko dekh pate hain. Agar un mein kisi qisam ka infection ya kharabi ho jae to pori shakhsiyat bal ke jism bhi mutasir hota hai. Aakhon ke muamley mein kisi qisam ka risk basarat mein kami ya is se mehroomi ka baiys bhi ban sakta hai.

Aankhon ki hifazat basarat qaim rakhne aur aankhon ke gird siyah halqon ke ilaaj ke liye zel mein chand gharelo nuskhey darj kiye ja rahe hain.

* Kheere ke opri hisse karhwe tukrey alag kar den aur baqi kheere ka chilka utar kar us ke godey ko kuchal kar bareek kar len. Ab is godey ko do chote saaf kapron mein alehda alehda potli bana len. Dono potliyon ko aankhon par rakh kar aankhen band kar len. 15 minute tak isi halat mein sukoon se bethe rahen. Us ke bad potliyan hata kar aankhon ko khol den aur qadre jhapkaen, is amal se aankhon ko sukoon milega.

* Aik sada aur aasaan tarika aankhon ki hifazat ka ye hai ke kamre mein dhoop se bachao ki koshish karen, yani pardey daal den. Ab aakhon ko band kar len aur un par hatheliyan rakh len. 10 se 15 minute tak is amal ko rakhe aur let jaen, ab dono aankhon ke liye hathon ke hatheliyon ko bar bar tabdeel karti rahen, baz azaa aankhen khol len.

* Dono aankhon ko bheench kar band kar len, lekin ye khayal rahe ke bhanwe aapas mein na milne paen. Ab inhe slow slow ziyada se ziyada kholne ki koshish karen, is warzish ko kam az kam 10 martaba dhoraen.

* Jab thakaan bohat barh jae tab thori der ke liye bister par let kar dono aankhen band kar len aur un ke oper baraf ke pani mein bhigoe gae cotton ke buds ko 10 minute ke liye rakh den. Is se aankhon ki thakaan door ho gi aur wo bohat tar-o-taza maloom hongi.

* Palkon ko jaldi jaldi jhapakte hue 10 se 15 martaba up, down, right, left aur itraaf mein putliyon ko harkat den.

Siyah Halqoon Ka Ilaj

* Milk ki balaai ka kuch hissa bacha kar roghan-e-badam mein mila len aur us ki malish halqon ke itraaf mein karen. Khayal rahe ke malish ka rukh bahar se andar ki janib ho, yeh amal din mein do martaba kar len.

* Taza gajar ( Carrot ) kaddokash kar ke egg ki zardi mein milaen aur oper diye gae tareeqe se aankhon ke halqon par malish karen. Agar halqe gehre ho to din mein do martaba karne mein koi harj nahi. Jald az jald asal ronaq laut aaegi.

Aankhon Ki Safai

* Aik khule hue mou wale bartan mein saaf thanda pani le kar us mein thora sa arq-e-gulab mila len ( miqdar kam rakhe ) ab aankhon ko is pani se saaf karen. Putliyon ko charon taraf ghumaen. Is amal se aankhon mein jami gird aur meyl saaf ho ga aur thakaan door ho jaegi. Is amal ko subha shaam karen.

* Aankhon ko eye bath se dho liya karen. Yeh pani khas kar aankhon mein peyda hone wale bacteria ke khatme ke liye mufeed hai.

* Kuch log surma pasand nahi karte, magar kuch log khas kar bachon ke surma zaroor lagate hain. Agar surma khob bareek pisa hua ho to tab to bilkul thek hai, nuqsan nahi karega. Magar bache aur barhe surma laga kar ise aankhon mein laga na rehna den. Aik ghantey bad aankhen sada pani se dho dalen, ta ke kisi bhi infection se bacha ja sake. Bukhar ki kefiyat mein surmey ka istemaal na karen.

Aankhon ki hifazat : Agar aap ki aakhon mein tanao rehta hai aur nend pori hone ke bawajood aankhen thaki thaki si dekhai deti hain, sozish rehti ho, sar dard musalsal rahe, aankhon mein pani aae, aankhen surkh rahen aur beenaai ki kamzori mehsoos hone lage to dair ne karen, kisi bhi mahir-e-chasham se fori taur par rujoo karen. Aik sada se test se forun masley ki jarh ka pata lag jaega. Phir kyun tandurusti ko sehat mein dalte hain.
