Qeema Adah Kilo
Piaz (Onion) 2 Adad
Tamatar ( Tomato) 2 Adad
Lehsan Adrak paste (Garlic and Ginger Paste) 1 khane ka chamcha
Namak (Salt) Hasbe zaiqa
Lal mirch(kuti huie) Adah chai ka chamcha
Tail (Oil) 2 Khane ke chamche
Zeera (Kuta hua) 1 Chai ka chamcha
Podena Hari Mirchien( Chop) 4 khane ke chamche

Samosa Ke liye

Maida (Flour) 2 Cup
Namak (Salt) Hasbe Zaiqa
Ghee Adah chai ka chamcha
Ajwaien Adah chai ka chamcha

Tarkeeb

Sos pan mein oil garam kar ke iss mein piaz dal ker fry ker lein. Qeema lehsan, adrak paste namak (salt), kuti lal mirchein aur siah mirchein dal kar bhoon lein. Iss ke baad dhakkan dhak ker pakayein akhir mein podeena , hari mirchein, zeera dal ker mix kar ke ameeze ko thanda kar lein maide mein namak, ghee , ajwaien dalein aur mix kar ke sakht ata gundh lein aur dhak ker rakhein ghudhe huey ate ki bari se roti bail lein aur kater se gol chote saize ki pooryan kat lein. Iss per qeema rakhein aur potli ki shakal de ker garam oil mein deep fry karke aftar per chatni ke sath serve karein aur maze le kar khayein.
