Piyaz 2 Adad darmiyani
Adrak lehsan paste 4 Chai ke chamche
Pisi hoi lal mirch 2 Chai ke chamche
Pisa howa dhanya 2 Chai ke chamche
Namak Hasbe zaiqa
Haldi Adha chai ka chamcha
Jaifal jawitri Adha chai ka chamacha
Tezpat 3 Adad
Darchini 4 Tukre
Bari elaichi 5 Adad
Choti elaichi 5 Adad
Longein 8 Adad
Sabit kali mirch 1 ½ chai ka chamacha
Oil 2 Piyali

Tarkeeb:

• Paye achi tarah dho lein. Aik degchi mein andazan itna pani dal kar paye pakne rakh den ke paye gal jaein aur acha khasa shorba baqi rahe. Aik chai ka chamcha namak, tezpat aur darchini bhi dal den. Takriban 2 se 3 ghante mein paye gal jayein ge.

• Aik bari degchi mein oil garam karein, piyaz dal kar golden fry karein. Piyaz lal ho jaye to plate mein kagaz phela kar is par piyaz nikalein. Thandi ho jaye to hathon se masal kar chora kar lein.

• Isi oil mein adrak lehsan ka paste, sabit garam masala, hasbe zaiqa namak, haldi, lal mirch, dhanya aur chora ki hoi piyaz dal kar masala bhone, thora thora pani shamil karte jaein aur masala bhonte jayein.

• Takreban 30 minute tak masala bhone jab khub achi tarah masala bhon jaye aur oil alehdah ho jaye to yakhni se paye nikal kar masala mein dal den aur khub bhone. 15 minute bad yakhni bhi dal den aur 45 minte tak paye.
