Namak (Salt) Hazbe Zaiqa
Chat Masala 1 Khane ka chamcha
Khatai Powder 1 Khane ka chamcha
Besan 1 Cup

Mirchon (Chilli ) ko dho ker cheera laga ker iss mein namak (salt) chat masala aur khatai powder mix kar ke bhar dein besan mein namak, lal mirch poeder , haldi powder, zeera powder mila ker pani se phent lein. Aik karahi mein oil garam karein mirchon ko besan ke amaze mein dip kar ke oil mein dal ker darmeyani anch per fry karein , tisu papers per nikal lein methi methi chatni ke sath paish karein.
