Chicken Keema (Murghi Ka Keema) (mince) Adha kilo
Hari mirch (green chilies) 6 to 8 adad
Hara dhanya (green coriander) 2 khane ka chamcha
Podina (mint) 2 khane ka chamcha
Lehsan ke jave (garlic) 6 adad
Badam 8 adad
Fresh cream ¾ cup
Adrak (ginger) 1 inch ka tukra
Lemo ka ras (lemon juice) 1 khane ka chamcha
Namak (salt) Hasbe zaiqa
Oil 2 khane ka chamcha

Malai Kabab Recipe In Urdu

Tarkib:

• Murghi ka Keema dho kar chalni mein rakh den ta ke pani nikal jaye. Hari mirch, hara dhaniya, podina, adrak, lehsan aur badam grind kar ke paste bana lein, aik bare piyale mien qema aur paste achi taharh mix karein.

• Fresh cream bhi mila den, achi tahrah masala mila kar namak shamil karein.

• Aik raat ke leye kababon ko fridge mein rakh den.

• Sekhon par kabab laga kar dhage se lappet den aur koilon par senk lein.

• Waqfe waqfe se oil lagte rahein.

Presentation:

Imli ki chatni ke sath malai kabab ka mazah lein.
