Adrak lehsan pisa howa 2 khane ke chamche
Namak hasbe zarorat

Pisa howa nariyal 1 piyali
Hari mirchein barik kati hoi 3se 4 adad
Sada aata 1 piyali

Kachche Keema Kay Kabab

Tarkeeb:

• Piyaz ko barik kat kar hawa mein phela kar 15 se 20 minute rakh den phir karhai mein oil ko darmiyani anch par 3 se 4 minute garam karein aur piyaz ko sunehra fry kar ke nikal len.

• Qeeme ko dho kar chalni mein rakh kar achi tarah khushk kar len aur is mein adrak, lehsan, piyaz, lal mirch, hari mirh aur namak dal kar milaein aur dhak kar 2 ghante ke leye fridge mein rakh den.

• Fridge se nikal kar is mein aata aur nariyal dal kar milaein aur chote chote kabab bana kar 10 se 15 minute ke leye dobara fridge mein rakh den. Karahi ya fry pan mein oil ko darmiyani anch par 3 se 4 minute garm karein aur kababon ko sunehra tal len.

Hasbe pasand imli ya hari chatni ke sath pesh karein.
