Sab se pahle keeme mein uper diye gaye masale mila kar aik ghanta rakh dein. Ab aik alag piale mein hara masala (green masala) lein aur iss mein lemon ka ras aur namak dal dein. kabab ke liye thora sa keema hat mein lein aur piala sa bana lein, iss ke ander hara masala (green masala) aik khane ka chammach dalein aur keeme ka doosra piala bana kar uper se dhak kar khob achchi tara daba kar kabab bana lein phir oil garam kar ke kababon ko fry kar lein. pudine ka raita ya pudine ki chatney ke sath serve karein.
