Lal mirch powder 1 Khane ka chammach
Haldi Adah chai ka chammach
Kari patta 7 se 8 adad
Meithei dana Chand dane
Rai Adah chai ka chammach
Dhaniya powder 1 Chai ka chammach

Fish Biryani (Machli Biryani) Recipe In Urdu

Tarkeeb      

Pehle chawalon ko bhigo dein. Pateli mein oil garam karein aur us mein Meithi dana, kari patta aur hari mirchein dal kar halka sa pakayein, phir piaz dal ker fry kar lein. lehsun, adrak ka paste aur tamatar dal kar itna pakayein ke tamatar gal jayein. Phir namak, lalmirch powder, haldi aur dhaniya powder dalker halka sa pani ka cheata dein aur masale ko bhoone .

Bhoonne ke baad iss mein machli (fish) shamil kerdein. Panch minuts pakane ke baad machli (fish) alahda nikal lain. Ab masale mein bheege huye chawal dalein aur dhak kar darmiyani anch per pani khusk hone tak pakayein phir Machli (fish) ke kettle shamil kar ke panch minuts ke liye dam per rakh dein. Fish Biryani taiyar hai.
