Dono dalon ko saf kar ke raat bhar ke liya bhigo dein. Ab aik pateli mein taqreban do liter pani dal kar garam karein. aur bhegi huye dal ka pani nithar ker garam pani mila dein aur etna pakayein ke do tahai pani khush ho jaye. Aik sos pan mein makhan dal ker garam ker lein aur heeng dal dein sath hi adrak lehsan ka paste, tomato peori ,lal mirch powder dal ker fry karein phir cream dal kar mix karein. Iss ke baad ubli huye dalein shamil kerke 40 minuts ke liye pakaein takey dalein aur tamam ajza ekjan ho jayein. Jab dal taiyar ho jaye to makhan garam ker ke dalein aur cream dal kar khane ke liye pashe karein.
