Beef Gosht adha kilo
Namak hasbe ziaqa
Adrak, lehsan 1 khane ka chamcha
Tali hoi piyaz adhi piyali
Kuti hoi lal mirch 1 khane ka chamcha
Pisa howa garam masala 1 khane ka chamcha
Besan 2 khane ke chamche
Papita pisa howa 1 khane ka chamcha
Dahi adhi piyali

Tarkeeb:

• Gaye ya bakre ke gosht ka saf tukra le kar is ki aik size ki botiyan kat len aur un ko dho kar achi tarah khushk kar len. Besan ko tawe ya khushk fry pan mein khushbo ane tak bhon kar rakh len.

• Aik piyale mein namak, adrak, lehsan, lal mirch, garam masala, piyaz, papita aur ghee dal kar achi tarah milayein aur botiyon ko is se marinate kar len. Phir ese aik se do ghante ke leye fridge mein rakh den.

• Botiyon ko fridge se nikal kar is mein bhona howa besan aur dahi dal kar achi tarah milayein.

• In botiyon ko thore thore fasle se seikhon par lagayein aur dehakte howe koilon par senk len.

Presentation:

Garam garam boti kabab ko piyaz ke lachon se aur lemo ke qatlon se saja kar pesh karyein.
