Beet Root, Ginger aur Cauliflower ko achi tarha dhone ke bad mukhtalif andaz mein tarash kar plate mein sajaya jae. Is par lemon, black pepper, salt aur chaat masala ya cream mix kar ke khan eke sath khaya jae. Salad ka use sirf Pakistan ya barre sagheer mein he nahi bal ke pori duniya mein hota hai. Lemon :

Khane se pehle lemon aur ginger ka istemal bhook ko kholta hai. Lemon istemal karne se pait ke amraaz aur thakawat kam hoti hai. Raddish, Carrot and Beet Root :

Salad mein yeh teeno chezon ki aehmiyat alag alag hai. Kachi Raddish kae amraaz se nijaat dilate hai. Bhook kam lagna, purana qabz aur yarqan waghera mein bohat mufeed hai. Khoon mein Uric Acid barh jae to raddish use karna sodmand hai. Tomato :

Onion :

Long Melon and Cucumber :

Ginger :
