Pumpkin is an International vegetable. It has two kinds; one is round in shape and second is long in shape. Pumpkin is cold in nature. It has light in vegetable color. Pumpkin is very useful for thirstiness, liver, urine, headache, intestines, constipation, motions, hepatitis, lungs, fever, joints and irritation of the hands and foot. Kaddu ALLAH TA’ALA ne humen mausam e garma ki shiddat ko kam karne ke liye aik tohfa diya gaya hai. Ghiya kaddu ko Persian mien Khayar Kaddu, Arabian mien Qara’a bolte hain. Yeh ben ul aqwami sabzi hai. Jis ki 2 qismein gol aur lambi hoti hain, is ka mizaaj sard aur tar hai. Yeh aik aesi sabzi hai jo har insaan ki pohanch mien hoti hai aur bazaar se arzaa narkhon par dastiyab hai. Yeh dawa e ghizaai ka kaam deti hai. Is ka rang halka sabzi maiyl hota hai.

• Kache kaddu ka rus roghan gul mien mila kar salam mrin dalne se waram jata rehta hai aur sir par malne se sir dard mien sukoon milta hai.

• Pumpkin ko sugar ke sath paka kar khana junoon aur khafqan mien faidemand hai.

• Jigar ki sozish mien kaddu ka murabba az had mufeed hai.

• Pumpkin ka peel pees kar khane se aanton aur bawaseer se aane wala blood ruk jata hai.
