Ingredients : Loquat ka rus 1 kg, sugar 2 kg.

Preparation : Loquat ke rus mein sugar shamil kar ke hasb e mamool sharbat tayyar karen.

Benefits : Dil ki dharkan aur safra ki ziyadti mein mufeed hai.

Miqdar Khoorak : 50 gram sharbat mein 1 glass cold water shamil kar ke piyen.
