Litchi Fruit (Lychee Fruit)

Litchi is a delicious fruit. It is a little fruit with reddish pink skin and its pulp is white. The binominal name of Litchi is litchi chinense. Litchi is a healthy fruit with calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A, B and C in it. Litchi is good for brain, blood, bones and heart. As per health vise it is suggested that you can have only 100g Litchi at a time, if you eat more than suggested quantity than it will be not good for your health. Basically Litchi belongs to China but it also cultivated in Pakistan, Taiwan, India and Bangladesh. Litchi ka nabatati naam litchi chinense hai. Lychee fruit ka chlika patla, sakht aur surkh gulabi hota hai, jis par teez nokdar ubhar hote hain. Lychee ki andoroni janib aik jhilli hoti hai, jis mein Litchi ka safed guda bare se beej ke sath lipta hota hai. Gude ka ziqa nihayat sherein aur kush ziqa hota hai. Mualijen ke mutabiq Litchi ka mizaj sard o tar darja dom hai. Litchi ka asal watan China hai lekin bahrat mein bihar ke zile muzafarpur, utarpardesh mein himaliya ke daman, dehradon ki wadi nez aasam o maghribi bangal ke elawa Pakistan mein Sindh ke baz elaqon mein bhi kasht ki jati hai. Litchi aik umdah, nafees aur sehat bakhsh phal hai. Is mein calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A, B, C, thiamin, jast, tanba aur bofilyon paye jate hain. Ltichi dimagh (brain) ko taqat deti hai, mafra o maqwi qalb hai, dil ki kamzori aur hafqan yani dil ki dharkan yak dam teez ho jane mein ziyzdah mufeed hai. Litchi piyas bojhati hai jigar ke bestar amraz khusosan jigar barhne ki bemari mein nehayat fidah mand hai. Hath payon ki jalan aur yarqan mein bhi mufeed sabit hota hai. Do se teen dane har 6 gante bad khane se ye khoon saleh peda karti hai. Taza tareen teqiq ke mutabiq Litchi ka istemal har kism ke sartan se bachata hai, khusosan chati ke sartan mein faidahmand hai. Litchi Ziyada Khane Se Ihetiyat:

Litchi ki khurak ki miqdar 100 gram hai, is se ziyadah aik waqat mein khana munasib nahi, kyun ke is ke kasrat e istemal se baz uqat halaq aur zaban par dane nikal ate hain. Litchi bagham ko barhati hai, is leye dame ke mariz aur balghami muzaj wale ese ziyadah istemal na karein. Ise khane ke taqreban do ghante bad pani pena chaheye, phele pani pena nuqsandah ho sakta hai.

Litchi Colada:

Litchi colada, Italy ka aik sharbat (juice) hai, jo pori duniya mein mashhor hai. Satvein sadi esvi mein Italy ke log Litchi se mashrob taiyar kia karte the aur khas tehwaron aur bari taqareeb mein ye mashrob mehmanon ko peash kia jata tha. Is ka nuskha nazr e qaireen hai.

Coconut milk.......................... 1 cup

Cream..................................... ½ cup

Chini..................................... 2 spoon

Lychee Juice Recipe (Lichi Juice Recipe )

Lychee Ka Sharbat (juice) banane ki machine mein Litchi coconut milk aur chini shamil kar ke bland karein. 3 se 5 minuts blend karne ke baad jab Litchi ka peast ban jaye to is mein adha cup taza cream shamil kar ke phir blend karein. Lajiye app ka pasandea Litchi colada sharbat (juice) taiyar hai. Glass mein dal kar taza cream aur leechci ke gude se saja kar peash karein aur khud bhi peyein.
