Chillies

Chillies are many different colors and taste. It has red, green, and yellow color. Chilies are used for the sour taste in cuisines. First time Chili was cultivated in America by Columbus. Columbus discovered the seeds of Chilies also. Jalapeno chili cultivated in Jalapa the city of Mexico. Naga chilli was cultivated in India. Jolokia bhut chili has won the title of the World hottest chili in Guinness book of World record. It is a kind of Naga chilli and the form of Chinese capsicum. Cooking Tips : *Mirch (Chili) ke darmiyan wala white hissa ziyada tez hota hai. Agar aap is ki tezi pasand nahi karte to is hisse ko nikal kar mirch istemal karen.

*Surkh mirch (Red Chilli) sabz mirch (Green Chilli)se 3 guna ziyada tez hoti hai. Isi tarha khushk mirch, fresh mirch (Chili) se 10 guna ziyada tez hoti hai.

*In mein maujood pungent oil aankhon aur jild ko hassi mein mubtila karta hai. Inhe katne se pehle gloves pehan lene chahiye. Knife ki jagah scissor istemal karen.

*Mirch (Chili) jitni choti hoti hai isi qadar tez hoti hai.

*Agar mirchon ko vinegar mein bhigo diya jae to in ki tezi mein kami ho jati hai. Choti mirch hone ki surat mein inhe vinegar se nikal kar again dosre vinegar mein bhigo den.
