Hazrat abu Hurera(R.A) khety hain ke Rasool Akram (S.A.W) ne farmaya:” Har gandagi ko dor karne ke leye Allah ne koi na koi cheaz banayi ha aur jisim ko amraz se pak karne wali cheaz roza hai aur roza adha sabar hai. ” Nabi e Rehmat (S.A.W) ne farmaya ke:” log hamesha khaer par hi rahnein ge jab tak aftar mein jaldi karte rahnein ge. Yani ghurobe aftab hote hi foran roza khol leya jaye.”(Bukhari o Muslim)

Rasool Akram (S.A.W) ne farmaya ke :” Jab tum roza kholne lago to khajuron se aftar karo, khajur sarapa barkat hai. Agar khajur na mile to pani se roza khool lo kyun ke wo zahir aur bantin ko pak karne wala hai.” Musalmanon aur ehle kitab ke rozon ke darmiyan fark sahri khana hai. Hozoor Akram (S.A.W) ne farmaya:” Sahri kha leya karo, is leye ke sahri khane mein barkat hai.” Tibi nuqta e nazar se bhi sahri khana sehat ke leye bohat mufeed hai. 1400 sal phele bhi jab ilm e tib apne tarik dor mein tha, Sarwar e do alam Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) ne irshad farmaya:” Roza rakho to sehat mand raho ge.”

Medical science ne aj kal inkishaf aur is haqiqat ka iqrar kiya hai ke insani jisim ke indoroni nizam ke tawazon ko barkarar rakhne aur ise taqwiyat phochane ke leye insan ko gahe gahe bhoka peyasa rhena chahiye. Ye baat apni jagha muslim hai ke roze se meady ko taqwiyat phohanchti hai. Dil o demag ko rahat aur jisim ko aram milta hai.
